Do you have your own Draw Cover Sheet and Lien Release templates that you must use for all of your construction loan projects? Uploading them to the Contract Simply platform is easy! Just follow these step-by-step instructions.
1. Log in to your Contract Simply account.
2. Click on your company name in the top right corner of the webpage.
3. Click on Document Templates in the submenu.
4. Under "Add New", enter the name of the document you wish to add.
5. Using the "Template Type" drop down menu, select the type of document to upload.
6. Click on the "Add a File" button and select the file on your computer that you want to upload.
7. After you see your file name appear, click on the "Upload" button to finalize your upload.
