To get you started, your borrower or lender will send you a request for an inspection on a draw. You will then receive an email invitation to set up your Contract Simply account. Just click on the blue "Create Account" button in the email that you receive.
Let’s go through the basic steps of the activities that you can perform on the Contract Simply platform after setting up your account.
Receive Inspection Requests
When you log in to your Contract Simply account, you are taken to your dashboard, which is a high-level overview of all projects that you are associated with. The "What’s Next..." section on this page, located on the right side of the page, will list all properties awaiting inspection.
Gone are the days of managing the status of inspections through calendars and endless emails. With Contract Simply, you can easily view a list of projects with inspection requests and their current status.
Access the full list by selecting “Projects” on the navigational menu.
Lastly, Contract Simply allows for seamless inspection submission that automatically informs the borrowers and lenders.
To approve or reject an inspection, select the property under “What’s Next” on the dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will be able to attach the inspection in whatever file format that you prefer. Approve or deny the inspection and you're done!
