As part of our security guidelines, Contract Simply requires SMS authentication to complete registration, as well as to claim payments. In order to receive these text verification codes, you must use a mobile phone number.
If a wrong phone number was entered when the email invitation was sent by the lender or General Contractor, you can easily fix this during account set up.
On the screen that asks for the verification token, there is an option to “click here” if the phone number is not right. Click here to enter a new phone number.
If you have changed your phone number and need to update this information after you have set up your account, simply log in and click on your name at the top of the page.
On the Profile page, change the phone number and click on the blue 'Update Profile' button. That's it!
