If there are not yet any invoices pending payment, the first step in submitting a draw is to create an invoice.

After all necessary invoices are entered, it is time to package and submit the draw request on our construction draw software.

1. From the "Draws" tab, click the blue "Request Draw" button on the right side of the page and select the project that you want to work on from the dropdown menu.


2. When the "Request New Draw" box appears, enter a title and description for this draw request.  


3. Select the invoices you want to include in the draw.

4. Add your e-signature and click on the blue "Request Draw" button.


It's that simple! You’ll be notified when the draw is approved by the lender and the funds are available for withdrawal.
