*Note: You must enter Scope of Work details prior to inviting a subcontractor to join the project and assigning them with line items.
1. After logging in, click on "Projects" in the navigational menu.
2. Select the "In-Progress" project that you want to add the subcontractor to.
3. From the Project Summary page, click on the "Scope of Work" tab in the sub-navigational menu.
4. Once on the Scope of Work page, find the line item to which you want to invite the subcontractor. In the "Assigned To" column for each line item, use the dropdown menu to either select from an existing subcontractor or to add a new one.
You'll notice a green box pop up at the bottom of your page, confirming that the subcontractor has been assigned.
The subcontractor that you assigned to each line item will receive an email inviting them to set up their Contract Simply account. After registering, they will be able to submit invoices, sign lien releases, and claim payments via our easy-to-use platform.
