On our platform, borrowers can:

The software is super simple to use and works on whatever device you prefer: your phone, your tablet, or your computer.
To get you started, your lender will send you an email invitation to a project. You will then receive an email that walks you through a simple sign up process. Just click on the blue "Create Account" button in the email you receive.
You'll then be prompted to enter your contact information, set a password, and agree to the terms of service before finalizing your registration by clicking on the "Register" button.
*Please note that, for the purpose of additional security, you will receive a numeric code/token on your smartphone during the registration process, which you must enter to confirm your identity. So, be sure to enter a mobile phone number when setting up your account.
Let’s go through the basic steps of the activities that you can perform after registering your account.
Review the Status of Projects
After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard, which shows a summary of all requested funds by month, as well as a list of active projects and recent draws. Click on “Projects” in the main menu to be taken to a list of all projects that you are involved in.
Each project has its own summary page, as well as a link to the project’s scope of work, which is visible once the general contractor provides it. You can access these details by clicking on the project that you want to view.
View Draws, Invoices, and Inspections
Stay on top of work for all of your projects... in one place. You can use the links for “Draws” and “Invoices” to review your contractor’s draws and subcontractors' invoices, respectively.
Receive Notifications on Projects
When any information is processed regarding your projects, an email will be sent to you. In the top right corner of the Contract Simply application, you will also see an alert on the alarm icon.
When applicable, the number of new notifications will show in red. If there is no number, there are no new notifications.
